There was no problem in the first few months, Then the skipping ,the rattle started, After three visits and, only 21,500 miles had accumulated ,the problem seems to be resolved. Dorian was very helpful and knowledgable and took a lot of tim My wife & I visited to trade in our 2000 Honda Acord for a newer lower mileage vehicle. Dorian was very helpful and knowledgable and took a lot of time to show us some of the cars available on the lot. He also showed us a new Ford Focus Demo that hat 5000 miles on it but had several discounts that made it only slightly more than the higher mileage used cars we had looked at. We worked with Dorian & Frank to get the best possible trade in and excellent discounts & financing to get a much better car than we had anticipated. They negotiated the deal without even seeing our Honda. Dorian & Frank stayed well past closing to help us reach a great deal. The finance manager also stayed late to guide us through all the paper work. Then Dorian came to pick up our trade in the next morning on his own time. He also took the time to expertly show us how to use the features on our new Ford. It turned out to be a great experience. More

They don't even have a brochure or even a price list of accessories to purchase for your Ford. All they could do was point me to a Ford website. I would rather buy the accessory somewhere else than have to go through that trouble. More
