Sales Manager Rob: Went above and beyond to locate the exact vehicle I wanted, even sourcing it from out of state. This was no easy task given how difficult the car was to get, but Rob made it happen. General Manager: Personally ensured my car went through its new car inspection (PDI) and even brought it up to the front for me. That personal touch really stood out! Facility Tour & Service Setup: Angelo scheduled my first service appointment and gave me a full tour of the facility—something I’ve never had done before at any dealership. Finance Manager Doug: Made the entire paperwork process quick and painless. He handled the warranty, registration, and loan approval effortlessly. I was in and out in no time. Atmosphere: The vibe here is incredible—welcoming, professional, and almost felt like being at a country club! This team didn’t just sell me a car; they delivered an exceptional experience. There was a damage of the panels of the side door. The warranty covered the damage. When I called the dealership, I was connected with Frank and Tyler who took care of ordering the parts and schedul The warranty covered the damage. Service desk personnel are professional and helpful with current and ongoing technical issues. Frank and James kept me informed each time I've brought my truck [2023 Denali] in for service and the recent GM current and ongoing technical issues. Service was quick, thorough. I appreciated the vacuum and cleaning. Only thing was that I forgot to bring my coupons and they only took off $10.00, but that's ok.
