I’ve been very well taken care of in my most recent visit to Scranton’s service dept. Frank kept communication lines open during a few glitches and provided me with supports to carry me through. Beverly, as always, made sure i was well covered with a loaner. Rob was also attentive and thoughtful, making sure he was aware of my situation and part of the process to ensure a thorough check of my vehicle. More

Something new was broken every time I picked up my car, new sounds, new issues before even driving off the lot. Loaner fleet not adequate and passed that inconvenience on to the customer. Still waiting for a call back on a dealership machine that is broken to fix an item thats broken on my car. More
