The repairs required an additional day do to your staff not having experience with low beam headlight problems. I am not sure if the problem is resolved do to an absence of adjustment to correct the conce not having experience with low beam headlight problems. Your shop supervisor made an adjustment and advised me to see if the adjustment resolved the light pointing to the left. Your staff keep me advised as to the progress and were very polite. More
