Service desk personnel are professional and helpful with current and ongoing technical issues. Frank and James kept me informed each time I've brought my truck [2023 Denali] in for service and the recent GM current and ongoing technical issues. Frank and James kept me informed each time I've brought my truck [2023 Denali] in for service and the recent GMC software recall. Additionally, Scranton's service department personnel have continued to work with me regarding the resolution of the radio/google problems - which is frustrating to a long time GMC owner. More

Service was quick, thorough. I appreciated the vacuum and cleaning. Only thing was that I forgot to bring my coupons and they only took off $10.00, but that's ok. Worst experience with service I have ever had. I would not bring my Truck here again. Truck came back damaged due to tree sap eating thru my paint. They indicated they could do nothing because “it I would not bring my Truck here again. Truck came back damaged due to tree sap eating thru my paint. They indicated they could do nothing because “it was an act of god” Ridiculous especially since they parked it under trees. Brand new 2024 Truck damaged paint. I called left a message for the general manager to call me spoke to service manger “Rob” who was terrible. General Manager never called back. Very disappointing!!! More
