Great flexibility. Thank for offering loaner. I came back late so hard to get n explanation on the bill as couple of services were pushed back. The only critique I Thank for offering loaner. As a customer who began my relationship with this dealership as an Otto’s BMW customer, I liked the service under the Otto family. I have been a customer of this dealership since 2017. During the i dealership as an Otto’s BMW customer, I liked the service under the Otto family. I have been a customer of this dealership since 2017. During the inspection part of the service on Friday, Nov 2, 2024, the employee who did the inspection of emissions, disconnected the gas cap (cord) from where it connects. The employee didn’t have to disconnect the cord from where it is attached to perform this part of the inspection, and it should not have been just left for me, as the customer, to reattach it. That is why the manufacturer. BMW, designed it so that the cap is tethered to the gas compartment. In my opinion, this was disrespectful to me. More
