This trip took 5 hours to fix a problem that I even told them about beforehand, so there was non need to “figure” out the problem. The person behind the counter kept quoting 2 hours as an estimate wait ti them about beforehand, so there was non need to “figure” out the problem. The person behind the counter kept quoting 2 hours as an estimate wait time. It took that long for them to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle with which I had already told them beforehand. Then everything had become automated, which is great and convenient over text, IF I was made aware of the change. But then had to “select” the problems that I wanted to fix via the system. (Again, great idea, but just let the guest know about it.) This situation that I never signed up for then involved going to the counter repeated times to ask the gentleman to explain this process for me. (So very counterproductive) After that, the waiting began, with which some salesman sat with me for another hour, a literal hour bothering me about leasing a vehicle from him. More

I was greeted as soon as I drove up and it was a quick transition process from checking in and my car being worked on. The information they provided during my visit allowed me to make decisions without ha transition process from checking in and my car being worked on.
