Unreasable delays in service. Poor communication with owner of vehicle. Dealership does not provide rentals resulting from internal delays corresponding with California. The customer service rep - awesome. My only complaint was that they took all the items from my console and just dumped them on the floor behind the drivers seat. Once the mechanics realized/decided what they were going to need to do to repair my car, everything was done very quick, in a timely manner. However, I feel like I should have been offered a courtesy vehicl to need to do to repair my car, everything was done very quick, in a timely manner. However, I feel like I should have been offered a courtesy vehicle while my car was unavailable. Or at the very least, I don’t think I should have had to pay for the battery for my vehicle. The service agent kept me informed, as well as I kept in touch with him, as far as what was going on with my vehicle. Having said that, I would have liked to have known a lot more about what they found, and who or what, (if anyone or anything), was to blame or at fault, etc.. More
