Wrong guy responded

Not Sure? Maybe that's the problem. Read the rest of the reviews on your department? Same unqualified guys work there from years ago. These guys are costing your dealership $$. I don't want a free oil change or whatever BS you can offer. I don't want an egg sandwich voucher either.I wrote this because the guys in Sales deserve better. Nothing would make me buy from your Dealership again.
