Mechanics are great. The Manager named Christian is supportive, and provides feedback. However, the Service department provides zero updates. I have called multiile times over the past 12 days, left messages and asked to get a call back with updates and date of completion to pick up my Jeep, and no one calls me back. NO ONE! No updates. my Jeep Grand Cherokee has been in the dealer 3 weeks as of today and over the last 15 days I have zero information, nothing. This is not a small repair is a big dollar repair and I MUST BE INFORMED TIMELY OF PROGRESS, which has not happened whatsoever! The Kendall Jeep delivers the lowest performance on attention to customer needs and Service Goals that I have experienced thus far! The dealer store has many service members not only one and no one cares, no one calls or provides feedback. This is why I rated it with Very low scores on customer service and attention to detail and one time resolution of customer complaints. More

Terrible. My car was leased in march, since then it's been in and out of service multiple times. Felipe does a terrible thin at communicating what is wrong and My car was leased in march, since then it's been in and out of service multiple times. Felipe does a terrible thin at communicating what is wrong and the status of my car. We have to be constantly messaging him asking him for updates. A month ago my car was there for 2 weeks or so, 3 days later the same issue popped up, the engine light. We took it in last Wednesday, Oct. 22, and it's been there since then with no resolution or time to when I will be getting my car. Overall, we have had this car for such a short time and it has been such a terrible experience with awful service. More
