Lack of knowledge about the service/timeline to hybrid vehicles, in addition to sense 'disregard' by other staff members in the service department. Evan did try to remediate the confusion but the effort or initiative to provide excellent service was absent feom others, including the manager on duty - who never took the time to speak with me or personally follow up on a express service that lasted 48 hours.
