The first time I went there I did at lease to retail And asked for no warranties. Upon reviewing the contract the finance manager added a bunch of warranties without my knowledge. We had to cancel the contr asked for no warranties. Upon reviewing the contract the finance manager added a bunch of warranties without my knowledge. We had to cancel the contract and recontract me due to his Manipulation of the added warranties. Now to add matters worse I would in for an oil change and ask for my tire to be patched since it had a nail. After being called no more than 45 minutes to an hour later Evan tells me my vehicle’s oil change was completed and the tire was patched. Upon my arrival to my house I noticed my psi went down on the tire I asked to be patched and after I inspected the tire I found the patch was never completed and the nail was still in my tire. At this point I’m not even surprised with my past experience at this dealership. I will never recommend you guys to any family member or friend. More
