I purchased at least three BMWs over the years at Daniel’s and sales / service has always been excellent. Today, I tried to make an appointment for inspection and an oil change, which is part of a ne Daniel’s and sales / service has always been excellent. Today, I tried to make an appointment for inspection and an oil change, which is part of a new car maintenance program. Despite me stating the inspection is due the end of December, I was told the wait time for a shuttle ride to work is backed up well into mid January! No accommodations were offered since the state inspection is due at the end of December.. So now the two options I have are either wait at the dealership for 2 1/2 hours or have someone pick me up. Both options are very difficult for me with my work schedule. I never had an issue like this in the past and was always able to get through to my regular service agent Ethan. When I told the person I was speaking with that I was disappointed in the way service has declined at Daniel’s, there was no effort made to see what she could do to assist. Certainly no apology, just a simple “goodbye”. By contrast, when my wife’s Lexus needs service, it’s the royal treatment. This includes (if needed) picking up the vehicle at our house and delivering it back when finished. Maybe it’s time for a Lexus! More

Daniels staff are like good friends: caring for my safety and well-being; understanding of my wants, needs, limitations and quarks; and finances. Staff are knowledgeable of all BMWs of various models and yea and well-being; understanding of my wants, needs, limitations and quarks; and finances. Staff are knowledgeable of all BMWs of various models and years: differences and similarities. Fair and accommodating in trading in my old car and buying my new car. Paperwork went smoothly and easily. Bought a used car but when it could not be delivered when I wanted, staff accommodated me with a new car for about the same payment. What and why a payment was comfortable for me was taken into account. Staff followed up to ensure I was doing well with my new car. My 2014 BMW was well-love by Daniels and me over the past 10 years. I know I will be getting the same with my 2024 for the next 10 years! P.S.- Dillon helped me move all my belonging from my old care to my new car. I noticed he sniffling. He downplayed his allergies being kind to my feeling and finished. More

Unfortunately, my 2012 BMW series 5 died at 158K. The cost to repair wasn’t worth it so Justin Dressel spent quite a lot of time showing me a few cars in my price and mileage range.
