I purchased my BMW X3 from another dealership and my transmission warning light went on. I called my dealership and they asked my SUV be taken to Daniels. My service advisor was Ethan Harbison. Ethan an transmission warning light went on. I called my dealership and they asked my SUV be taken to Daniels. My service advisor was Ethan Harbison. Ethan and my mechanic were very thorough and transparent. I was never left to wait wondering about thae stays of my SUV and if I left a message for Ethan, my call was returned in under 30 minutes. Even though I purchased my SUV from another dealership at no time did I feel any less important than a Daniels customer. My experience dealing with Ethan far exceeded my expectations, overall I must say STELLAR! I’d like to thank Eric, Daniels parts manager, for referring Ethan to me and also share my gratitude with the mechanic who performed the work on my X3. 5 star staff all around! More

This dealership is always excellent! They gained my loyalty at the service department, and Ethan always goes above and beyond to help me. When it came time to trade up, twice now, I knew I wouldn’t go loyalty at the service department, and Ethan always goes above and beyond to help me. When it came time to trade up, twice now, I knew I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My most recent experience with Dmitry was fantastic. I felt valued and respected, he was always available, and knew exactly which was the best vehicle for me. His follow up and caring support didn’t stop with the sale. Brian was also very professional yet personable, and made the boring paperwork fun. There is no question I will continue my business at Daniels. More
