I hope I'm remembering each person who helped me correctly, I think Jeffery was the one who checked me in and took care of my appointment. Whoever was the man with the left-most desk with the toy an correctly, I think Jeffery was the one who checked me in and took care of my appointment. Whoever was the man with the left-most desk with the toy animals and plants on his section of the counter. He seemed fairly nice and I got done what I needed from the appointment. However, he did not speak very clearly and I could not understand a lot of what he was saying, so I had to ask him to repeat himself several times.
