Wow. . based on reviews by other customers, it would appear that Suburban Toyota's lack of service by its 'service staff' (..service is in the job title!) . based on reviews by other customers, it would appear that Suburban Toyota's lack of service by its 'service staff' (..service is in the job title!) mimics the same 1 star rating the Suburban Chrysler Jeep, Ram dealership is also know for. So sad, I wanted to bring my Toyota there ...but I'll avoid the disappointment. More

Olivia made our whole family feel comfortable when looking at our very first lease. She knows her stuff, she's polite and patient. She asks questions and responds in a way to help you meet your goals looking at our very first lease. She knows her stuff, she's polite and patient. The dealership did a great job in taking care of diagnostic testing and correcting the issues they found wrong with my car. Thank you. They also provided a ride to and from my home when I took my diagnostic testing and correcting the issues they found wrong with my car. Thank you. Mikey was not my original salesperson, today he went above and beyond to help me with concerns I had with my Navigation System. He got in my car and he figured out the problem with my Navigation System and corrected the problem. He was very patient with me, and he made sure I understood what it was doing during the process. One word to describe my experience with them “TERRIBLE”! I had an appointment in the service department yesterday to fix a squeal coming from my 2023 Camry. A new car shouldn’t have a squeal. Erin Skowronsk I had an appointment in the service department yesterday to fix a squeal coming from my 2023 Camry. A new car shouldn’t have a squeal. Erin Skowronski, a service rep, had me wait almost three hours and never came to the lobby the tell me anything. Meanwhile, three different rotations of customers came in and out while I was waiting. After 1 1/2 hours I went to the office and asked Erin about how much longer the car would be. She just blew me off. I am a disabled veteran with a cane and after three hours she told me that they could not find the problem and for me take make another appointment to come back and leave my car there for “a couple of days”. It was really difficult for me to get THAT time, let alone come back. Shame. More
