It took 14 days to replace a key, they charge me $750, they did not fix the windshield wiper, I had to pay the first week of car rental because they did not have a service car available and the rep Erik w they did not fix the windshield wiper, I had to pay the first week of car rental because they did not have a service car available and the rep Erik was extremely hard to find, very poor communication, the one star that I am giving them is that some of the employees were nice and helpful.
