I actually started out working at Campbell Ford in the detail department, worked here for 6 years while going back and forth to IUSB. Graduated from IUSB with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. I left as manager of the detail department at Campbell's for a job at a manufacturing company in Elkhart as a financial analyst. Ended up working there for a couple years before getting laid off. What brought me back to Campbell's was the people and superior work environment. I enjoy working with all of my customers and thrive on getting them the best deal I can... On The Road Again! I had no car and was greatly in need. A flyer came in yhe mail stating call and verify winning number. I called Campbell, left a message and Eric re I had no car and was greatly in need. A flyer came in yhe mail stating call and verify winning number. I called Campbell, left a message and Eric returned my call. Eric offered to come get me, he arrived on time and we spent a productive day together. I looked over a few vehicles and test drove one; it felt good. Eric patiently walked me through the entire process maintaining his professionalism and warm personality. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to do whatever needed to ensure my satisfaction AND happiness from the first phone call until I received all paperwork two weeks later. I know he meant it when he told me I could call him with any questions or concerns. Thank you Eric and Campbell. I am very pleased with my Ford Escape and the customer service. I have worked in some form of customer service my entire professional life from front line to management. Well done Campbell Team, well done. More

Friendly dedicated sales staff. I went to Campbell’s with a list of specific wants and needs for my new truck. Although, they had more models to choose from on the lot than other I went to Campbell’s with a list of specific wants and needs for my new truck. Although, they had more models to choose from on the lot than other dealers did. They didn’t have the one that fit my list of options in my price range. Stay away!!!! Will never go there again. After waiting for 3 days and getting no where, they just kept saying they are working on it, but have been busy. So I went Will never go there again.
