They were super polite and accomodating from the beginnin This is my first experience with the Campbell Service Center. I needed a routine oil change. They were super polite and accomodating from the beginning, making me feel very comfortable and at ease. I was greeted and expected with politeness and professionalism (scheduled the appointment earlier in the day) then escorted to their very clean and bountiful waiting area (selection of fine coffees, cookies, even popcorn). After about 45 minutes of kicking my feet up in their lounge and watching local news, they collected me and walked me through their thorough multi-point inspection (filled the fluids, checked brakes, rotated tires, etc.); assuring me of the pristine condition of my car which was waiting for me right out the front door.
