I actually started out working at Campbell Ford in the detail department, worked here for 6 years while going back and forth to IUSB. Graduated from IUSB with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. I left as manager of the detail department at Campbell's for a job at a manufacturing company in Elkhart as a financial analyst. Ended up working there for a couple years before getting laid off. What brought me back to Campbell's was the people and superior work environment. I enjoy working with all of my customers and thrive on getting them the best deal I can... Having purchased a number of vehicles in my life, I have never owned a Ford. Even after I told the salesman, Erik Blad, that I was just looking, not ready to buy, he was so helpful and giving of his time with great follow up. Bottom line, he converted a life long Chevy fan. None of the other dealerships I visited have done any follow-ups, any call backs, nothing. It was like they wanted me to do all the work to find out why I should purchase their product over another brand. After several visits with Erik, he set up a test drive. I called him back and said I had decided to hold off from buying right now. He said he would keep in touch and he did. I bought the Ford Edge. Pain free no pressure experience. What started with a morning conversation with my wife about replacing her 14 year old car ended several hours later with a new car in the garage. After speaking with Eric when I stopped by during a trip to the store my wife and I returned a short time later. She new what she wanted. They had several of the models to choose. Once she found the “one” it was smooth sailing. No pressure and we walked out not long after both happy with her purchase. More

Good repair result but extended lead times. Great initial sales experience with Erik! It took approximately one week to schedule a service appointment which was inconvenient.
