Hello! My goal is to deliver a world class customer service experience to every customer, not only before and during, but also after the purchase as well. I handle everything from the guiding the customer to the perfect vehicle to handling the paperwork. I truly love what I do and hope it shows to my customer's. I started in the car business in 2013 as a Sales associate and quickly worked my way into management. I have experience in all aspects of the car sales process: Sales, Operations, Sales Manager, and General Manager. I found Dallas Lease Returns last year during the pandemic and love it here. The team is like family and it is an awesome place for a customer to purchase a vehicle. About me: I grew up in Southern California and moved to Texas in 2004. Married in 2012 and a girl Dad of 3. Experience was great. The young woman at the front desk was very kind. She set me up with Eric Taylor. I originally came in to look at a Durango. It was on hold by another The young woman at the front desk was very kind. She set me up with Eric Taylor. I originally came in to look at a Durango. It was on hold by another customer and I ultimately didn’t care for the color. We then looked at a couple of jeeps. Test drove the Jeep I really liked. Eric was super helpful and informative. He worked with my bank to get all of the paperwork lined out. He was fair with the negation and even took care of replacing two of the tires. Overall very impressed and didn’t feel at all pressured to leave with something. I left with what I wanted. More
