My dealer advisor (Eric N.) and tech (sorry, never got his name) was 100% amazing. I came into town to quickly visit a friend before going to Chicago. Unexpectedly, my passports engine light started flash his name) was 100% amazing. I came into town to quickly visit a friend before going to Chicago. Unexpectedly, my passports engine light started flashing and my car did not accelerate normally and was stuck at 50-55 mph. Luckily I was near this Honda dealership and exited off the highway to get it checked. Due to misfire issues and other things I don’t know about, Honda had to order car parts to have it repaired asap. I left my car there for 3 nights. Each day I called Honda for a status check like an annoying customer, but Eric was ALWAYS patient/nice/calm and informative. The tech worked at light speed to have my car ready by weds so I can leave back home and I got home safely. Thank you to you BOTH for being so awesome. Please give them a raise (or employee of the year). Thank you. More

Eric the mechanic ck'd my tie rod- felt the tied rod being loose. Pleasant & efficient. I went on a payment plan, trying to get word on a reduction of costs anyway now. Car is only only alittle over being loose. Pleasant & efficient. I went on a payment plan, trying to get word on a reduction of costs anyway now. Car is only only alittle over 3 yrs. old & not even 19,000 miles. Would like to get a compensation for costs- waiting. Took 2 1/2 hrs. to fix problem. Glad they had the part in stock, just hoping to get some payback rewards! Thanks for your attention & service! More
