Our salesman, Leo Batista, was exceptional, answering all our questions and demonstrating all the car's features. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Mark McElroy, his manager, was also involved, making sure we were being given all the information and assistance we needed to make our decisions. Don Richmond went over all the financial transactions and carefully explained all the warranties. Eric Francke let us know in detail about all the accessories that are available, and how to access the Toyota Services. Overall, a great team, very professional. More
