Eric Francke went through every accessory and gave honest assessments re. whether we would use it, given our lifestyle/driving habits. John Celesk walked us through the financing and answered all our questions in detail. Needed to (reluctantly) replace my '99 4Runner, and was very pleased with the service I received from Brian McGrath as we discussed the differences between the Highlander and 4Runner. Test drove both models (used) and made the decision to go with the smoother riding Highlander. The whole negotiation process went very smoothly, and the dealership was wonderfully accomodating when I needed to pull a duplicate title for my trade. Brian was attentive, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. He made this transition for me (I had been driving my 4Runner for 11 years) much easier. My interaction with the Finance guys was also pleasant. John explained all my options, and Walace handled my follow-up with the title. I left the dealership feeling that I had been treated with respect. Overall, an easy and comfortable experience. I would recommend the dealership to my friends. More

I came to Toyota of Braintree to replace my '99 RAV4 with a new RAV4. New to me, that is. I did not rule out a previously-owned vehicle. The entire dealership is incredible. Clean, bright, not a lot of unneeded noise. Very helpful - not pushy - salespeople. I dealt primarily with Benson Onwuamaebu, and I'm so glad I did. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. When I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, he showed me many choices - inside and on the lot. He knew what every vehicle included. After I made my selection - a 2012 RAV4 - he handled the paperwork smoothly and efficiently. He was very encouraging about my dealing with the paperwork and the vehicle. He is very friendly and kind and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me. I was amazed to be able to drive my new RAV4 home that day!! More

What an overall pleasant car buying experience! It was 14 years since I last visited an auto dealership and I did not know what to expect. In and out in 2 1/2 hours for the entire process as I drove away with my new car. Originally contacted via Internet and connected with Eric. He introduced me to Ryan and then out for the test drive. No games, no bait and switch - Eric had the car I discussed ready for me to check out. It is easy to see why this dealership gets high marks and works to keep that rating. Ryan was very flexible allowing me to test drive highway and local roads - he wanted me to feel comfortable with the car. I gave price a 4/5 because I always feel that your trade-in is worth more than what you get but they did meet my minimum I planned to take for it. More

My relationship with Tufankjian Toyota began in Weymouth in 2005 with the purchase of my 2005 Prius.I was treated with honesty and respect which I did not forget. When the Tufankjian family moved to Braintr in 2005 with the purchase of my 2005 Prius.I was treated with honesty and respect which I did not forget. When the Tufankjian family moved to Braintree, we were gleeful as our home was located two miles from the new facility. We continued to have our Prius serviced by the dealership until our move to Florida a year and a half ago. In 2012, Toyota introduced the Prius Plug-in that is unfortunately unavailable in Florida. What do do? You guessed it! I called Toyota Scion of Braintree and was connected to Bob Hyman, the sales manager at that time.(he has sinced transferred to the family delership on the Cape I believe) What a gentleman. As questions came up, I would call and my calls were always returned promptly. Since we were planning to return to Massachussetts for the month of August, Bob seamlessly transferred me to Brian McGrath who made himself equally available for all my questions. Though his patience and willingness to listen, my wife and I completed the purchase of a 2012 Prius plug-in on August 6th. Our 2005 Prius was taken in trade at a very fair price; we then sat with Eric who outlined possible options and finally sat down with John Celesk who went over the monetary figures in an atmosphere completely lacking any pressure. From the beginning of the journey to the end, we were treated with dignity by a team of experienced professionals. One final note.
