He was kind and very patient, and though I know some technology, he carefully and patiently explained everything to me. He was knowledgeable, but not pushy. I would rank him as the best salesman I have ever had. I have more questions, and he very kindly told me anytime I need him, he will be there for me. This is definitely a first. Magic Manny does it again!!! My reason in writing is of course Manny Javier. The first time we came to the dealership a couple years ago, was to seriously shop, however only shop My reason in writing is of course Manny Javier. The first time we came to the dealership a couple years ago, was to seriously shop, however only shop. We didn't know exactly what we wanted, hence our trek for hands on research. Totally guided by purchasing only one car, and not necessarily new, but really to just gather info to talk about. Then here comes Manuel. Manny is full of; no problem- life is good- I'm here to help you- no worries! The difference is most of the time that's just b.s.. But from Manny, it's for real. He is the real deal. As you know, we walked out that first encounter with Manny with TWO new cars. In between I bothered him with further details nothing to do with the sale of the car. Here again, he listened, he was concerned and he took action where he could all the while consoling me that he is there to help. Who does this after the sale??? Manny does. Skip forward two years later to last Sunday Aug 2 2015. Here we are, a call ahead to Manny- this time clearly describing that we only wanted to "see a Prius" as my wife knew we could save money with this car and we were looking for a used one. I'd never seen one in person so we were only going to just have a sit and a look over. I'm a car guy, I know about the car, but didn't like the design so wasn't really interested, however let's just recall the "happy wife" one liner. Enough said. I said... Manny, honestly we don't want to take you away from even one possible sale from someone else, we just need permission to simply look at one!!! A week later we drove out in a new 2014 PriusV. How does this happen? I just wanted to sit in it! There was clearly some figuring out the money and getting the numbers down to where it was in line with where my wife and I needed it. That was thanks to the kindness and patience of Brian McGrath, and his back and fourths with us. Great Job Brian!! Of course Kevin and just all the guys I've grown to know over the past years. They are all kind and willing to help, always say hi, and mean it! So with the great work Manny did, I decided that he is simply Magic! Manny, thanks so very much once again for your super kindness, professionalism, especially patience and genuine concern that we are happy personally as well as content customers, that obviously continue to return! Manny's work: not good, not great, not excellent, but an OUTSTANDING job! We truly appreciate you, and the support from the whole dealership.
