I especially loved the way Donna Larosa took my case , and used every way possible in her power , to get me into a good car i can relies on and around my price budget. In the end I went from a used 2002 sunfire , to a brand new leased 2011 Red Toyota Corlla LE. Being extremely frustrated with Ira Toyota, I went online and typed Massachusetts Toyota Dealer Ratings into Google. Up comes Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree, at the top of the list. I went to their website, found exactly the model, with the correct color,and the low miles(under 9k!). I hit the button for more info, and was connected with Toyota Web-guy, Eric Franke. He e-mailed me all the facts and figures concerning the car. What a pleasure! No B.S. like at Ira. I scheduled a test drive the next day. I connected with Steve Lavanchy, a really great, no pressure sales guy. After driving the car, I decided to purchase on the spot. Steve took care of everything and my wife and kids are now driving in a 2010 Rav4 that is virtually brand new. I really can't say enough about how great the experience with Tufankjian Toyota was.
