I had a great recent experience with Gerry, Jethro and Eric. Jethro is my go-to service guy and we recently purchased a new vehicle with Gerry. Both were reliable resources on a recent service visit, as Jethro orchestrated the analysis of the issue with my 2011 Highlander and Gerry offered information on new vehicle options if I decided aganst the recommended work. He even pulled in Eric as another trusted advisor to help me understand all of my options. I am completely satisfied and feel like the Tufankjian team had my back, especially these three guys.
