Great dealership with plenty of amenities while waiting. Friendly employees all the way around from the salesperson to the sales manager. Lots of perks when buying a car from Elk Grove Mazda as well. Only complaint was that it took close to three hours after agreeing to buying a car until we were driving out the door. Was told they only had one finance person there. All in all we were at the dealership for over 6 hours total but we did walk out with the car we wanted for the deal we wanted so we’re happy about that. Shout out to Eric for helping us out and providing excellent customer service, he went above and beyond to ensure a deal was made. He was never pushy and actually listened to everything I said. Probably the best salesperson I EVER dealt with. I would definitely buy from him again and again! More
