We recently purchased a used car (no warranties) by Mazda of Elk Grove. On the drive home, the engine light went on. Mazda of Elk grove has been nothing but superior in how they handled the issue. They did everything in their might to repair the car, they provided us with a loaner car, offered picking up/dropping off of the cars (we are about 113 Miles away), gave us updates and prognosis, and finally refunded the full amount and took the car back. I would buy from them at any time again and can only recommend this business. Hats off. Thank you to Victor at Elk Grove Customs for excellent repair service. Overall was a good experience. Eric and Antonio helped me though the process and were very accommodating. Eric stayed after-hours untill 11pm finishing up my purchase and I was grateful for his straight forw though the process and were very accommodating. Eric stayed after-hours untill 11pm finishing up my purchase and I was grateful for his straight forwardness. Additionally, it was refreshing to see no dealer shenanigans. A small Doc fee, registration, and tax were the only things I was required to pay for. The finance office was also straight forward and did not try to hustle me. As with any dealership, I recommend doing your own research but my experience was positive. More
