He even went as far as mapping out a great plan for me , and worked with me to get the best deal possible , let alone benefits to my car. I’m sooo happy with my 2018 Infiniti Q50 RedSport 400! We recently purchased a used car (no warranties) by Mazda of Elk Grove. On the drive home, the engine light went on. Mazda of Elk grove has been nothing but superior in how they handled the issue. They did everything in their might to repair the car, they provided us with a loaner car, offered picking up/dropping off of the cars (we are about 113 Miles away), gave us updates and prognosis, and finally refunded the full amount and took the car back.
