Since I was getting a new car, and Mark is with the used vehicles he kindly introduced me to Ingrid. Ingrid was amazing, she asked questions to know what I was specifically looking for in a car, provided options and was really honest while I was undecided on the color schemes for the interior and exterior of the X3 that I leased. She was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and help with any requests that I had regarding the vehicle. Stephanie in finance was also very friendly and extremely helpful and explained every detail of what I was signing and was able to answer all of my questions and or concerns. The BMW Genius Carlos was also very helpful and was able to assist me with the remote start addition to my car.
