Great place to buy a car!! Initial contact was with John Scott who was very attentive and nice. Wonderful experience with Billy Yi. This is the second car I have purchased from Wilsonville Toyota. I have purchased 5 total cars in my lifetime, the last two being from Wilsonville Toyota. There is a reason for this. It is a luxury to go Toyota. I have purchased 5 total cars in my lifetime, the last two being from Wilsonville Toyota. There is a reason for this. It is a luxury to go through their sales process compared to the traditional process. One person helped me the whole time (Mike Lissman), there was no going back and forth between people, there was no "wheeling and dealing". Everything was up front and they delivered on all of their promises. Mike was very easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He handled all the paperwork from start to finish. I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours. I would recommend Wilsonville Toyota to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. I have recommended the dealership to friends in the past and I will continue to do so. Thanks again Mike for your help. -JD More

I have purchased or leased several cars over the years but the customer service and respect I received from Jenn at Wilsonville Toyota far exceeded any prior experience. Until now I would have preferred a but the customer service and respect I received from Jenn at Wilsonville Toyota far exceeded any prior experience. Until now I would have preferred a root canal over going to a car dealership - now I am looking for people who I can send to Jenn because I know the experience will prove to be a pleasure. I was not pressured to purchase any particular model, any particular "plan", service, or warranty. I knew exactly what the price would be prior to my arrival and there was no side talk with some mystery manager. Jenn wanted nothing more than for me to walk away happy - and I truly am. I know this sounds over the top but I wish I would have known this dealerships reputation and this salesperson about 10 years ago; I could have saved thousands of dollars and a ton of regret. Believe me when I say you won't be sorry; you'll be writing a review like this one. More

I contacted Wilsonville after having had an awful experience at Broadway Toyota in Portland. After hearing about my experience at Broadway, my good friend and mechanic told me I should see if Wilson experience at Broadway Toyota in Portland. After hearing about my experience at Broadway, my good friend and mechanic told me I should see if Wilsonville Toyota could help make it right for me, because he had heard excellent feedback about them. And oh my goodness, they sure did. Essentially at Broadway Toyota, I was lied to on multiple levels, and pressured, extremely pressured to buy a car the evening I came in. The salesman kept repeating, "What do we have to do to get you to buy a car today?" or some variation of that question. This was my first new car buying experience, and because I was incredibly ignorant, I went to the dealership, as a single woman, alone. The salesman I worked with lied about the color of Prius I wanted telling me it didn't exist. It did. Not only that, Broadway didn't tell me of an extra $400 charge for the color I ended up with. And come to find out later that the interior color was misrepresented as well! I asked for a dark grey interior, they gave me a car with light grey. I didn't know that until I got my new car at Wilsonville - what dark grey interior looked like. I believe that they didn't have the car I wanted on their lot, and they didn't want me to leave without a car that night. Oh, and Broadway never explained my paperwork to me! They didn't even offer me a lease, which in my situation would have been a better choice for me. About a month later when I saw the color of Prius I originally wanted out and about, I went to Toyota website and found that that color did exist. After multiple conversations with Broadway staff, who claimed that the salesman was fired due to lying, the last phone call I had involved the Sales Manager berating me, telling me I'm not a happy person! No matter what they did, I was not happy. He also questioned my integrity saying that he didn't know what was said when I was on the lot picking out a car. The way he talked to me was degrading, and I wonder if he would have said those things to a man. I hung up feeling horrible. Really, really horrible. I thought my negative associations with the car would diminish, but they only grew to be very uncomfortable. I felt completely taken advantage of and verbally abused by that horrible phone call with the sales manager. So when I called Wilsonville Toyota this week, I was very nervous and guarded. And I can genuinely, whole heartedly, say - they completely took care of me and treated me with kindness and respect. The vibe in the showroom floor was the complete opposite of Broadway Toyota. It was relaxed and calm. The staff was so kind and explained everything to me. And, they were totally sympathetic to my experience, and gave me an incredible deal on a car that I originally wanted. I'm in love with this car, because my experience with them was so healing (and it's an amazing car that more reflects my personality!) The whole experience was so healing, I truly wish I would have stayed far away from Broadway and started with Wilsonville. It is totally worth the drive. These are healthy sales staff that does not pressure, they want you to be happy and feel good about your car buying experience. And I felt very good about giving them my business. More

I traded in my 2011 Subaru and leased a 2013 Prius from Scott McKowen and Ellie Treinen. As a team, they gave me the best service out there. Ellie was great in locking me down with the best interest rate without me having to sit there all day long! I wholeheartedly recommend these two individuals as they made it so quick and simple while being over the top hospitable. Thanks guys! More

I just leased a new Toyota corolla S, I went in on multiple days because of time restraints that I had but both Elliot and James were so helpful, I was not really sure what I wanted to do when I first multiple days because of time restraints that I had but both Elliot and James were so helpful, I was not really sure what I wanted to do when I first went in as far as leasing or buying and wasn't really sure the difference, James explained the differences to me in a very non pressuring way and it seemed like a better option for me to lease at the time, so my wife and I already knew what we wanted and were very picky as far a features and a manual transmission and they did not have one that we wanted in stock, but Don was able to locate exactly the car we wanted, it had every feature we wanted and the exact color we wanted, Don said it would be in anytime in the next day or Two, and he would contact us once it was in, we were called immediately once it was in. During the paperwork process it was very nice to not have to just work with just James and Ellie instead of having to see everyone. Ellie was actually able to get us some rebates we didn't even know about which made us very happy. Once we were finished and ready to drive off Elliot made sure we knew about all the features of the car and got it washed and filled with gas for us, he also set us up with our first service appointment which was awesome. Overall I had great experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to purchase or lease a car. Friendliest staff I have ever worked with when looking for or getting a new car. More

We moved to Washougal, WA, 38 miles north of Wilsonville, but I wanted to bring my Prius (2012) to the Wilsonville dealership because of my positive experiences there since we bought the car a year ago in Ma but I wanted to bring my Prius (2012) to the Wilsonville dealership because of my positive experiences there since we bought the car a year ago in March. I love the friendly, great service I get. This time folks went the "extra mile" for me. Unbeknownst to me, my wallet must have fallen out of my purse (it was really full this week) while I was waiting on my 10,000 mile oil change. I didn't even know it was missing when I received a call from Wilsonville Toyota employee Tony to say he found my wallet! He found it in his desk, so another employee was involved, too, though whom that might be remains a mystery. Tony told me he would take my wallet up to the receptionist's desk and that she would lock it up until I could get there. A HUGE THANK YOU!!!! to all of you who were involved in the case of my missing wallet. You're a wonderful team of folks! Marilyn Slaby More
