Something interesting about my family: All my siblings attended OSU and my family runs a dairy distribution company in Gold Beach, OR.

From start to finish Rochelle and Elle made the car buying experience enjoyable. The customer experience at Wilsonville Toyota was one that I found unique in my search of a car. We bought a new 4runner and it is a great car and was a great price. Robert Aldrich didn't pressure us into buying at all, so we were comfortable the whole time. This was a first visit...I believe that the best auto care comes from those who are brand-specific-certified, no matter what! From the oil change to the most extreme reason. My vehicle is a company car care comes from those who are brand-specific-certified, no matter what! From the oil change to the most extreme reason. My vehicle is a company car previously serviced at your friendly corner oil change center. This service trip was an oil change/transmission service, but it turned out I had a leaking water pump and there was an ignition coil recall that I was not aware of. Would friendly oil change center have caught these issues? Who knows... Not only did this dealership provide me and my car with excellent service, they have won my loyalty for all future services! More

By far, this was the most amazing car buying experience I've had. Ellie was wonderful through the whole process! I sold cars at another dealership for a while and had never bought a car myself from a dealership, so I was very apprehensive about stepping foot on a dealer's lot. She made it very easy and made my wife, my daughter, and myself feel veery comfortable. At the end my 4-year-old daughter, who had been playing shy all day, gave Ellie a hug before we left with my new car. I have only purchased VW's my entire life, so I didn't know what to expect in even considering a Toyota. After watching others for years purchase and love their Prius hybrids, I was still a bit reluctant know what to expect in even considering a Toyota. After watching others for years purchase and love their Prius hybrids, I was still a bit reluctant to investigate such a big change in my driving life. All of that changed the minute my partner and I met Ellie Treinen. From the start of our long list of questions, Ellie was the best listener, clearest communicator and most articulate advocate for both Toyota ... AND us! Without rush or reluctance of any kind, she spent hours taking care that we were comfortable with every system, accessory and driving style question that we sent her way. We are now the VERY proud owners of a 2012 Prius III and couldn't be happier with our choice, our good fortune to work with Ellie, and the one-stop shopping customer service that Wilsonville Toyota offered us. Wilsonville Toyota is awesome. We were one of the first customers when they opellned, the show room floor was not even finished. The experience was so positive we came back.
