We had a great experience at Wilsonville Toyota-Scion from start to finish. After seeing a car we were interested in on their website, we called ahead and spoke with Ellie Treinen. Ellie met us at the dealership and was the only person we dealt with from the test drive through the painless paperwork process after we decided to purchase the car. Ellie was friendly, professional, and courteous to work with, and we were delighted to find that there were no pressure tactics, the listed price really was the price, and there were no surprises. This dealership definitely lives up to its advertisement of "no bull", and I am happy to give it and Ellie a high recommendation - we will certainly be back the next time we are in the market for a car. More

The car lot was true to their add which says they show one price and it is the lowest price available. We shopped the area and found no other dealership who would match their price. We worked with only one person and the salesperson we worked with, Ellie Trienen, was terrific. I hate buying cars but this experience was by far the best I have ever had. We will definately recommend this dealership to others. More

This dealership was fantastic! I spoke with our sales person over the phone before making the trip to the dealership. Once I made it there the quotes they gave me over the phone were the same in person, person over the phone before making the trip to the dealership. I let them know what we needed to get for our trade in order to purchase the car from them, and once they did the evaluation of our trade in they came back with exactly what we told them we needed. It was a fantastic experience and we will not go any place else! More

After researching and deciding to buy a Toyota Yaris, we contacted Wilsonville Toyota by e-mail to inquire about the car. She was wonderful; very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, no pressure and we had the best car buying experience we've ever had. The Yaris we bought is just what we needed for our daughter, she loves it, and we feel confident she will enjoy it for many safe and reliable years. We will be back to Wilsonville Toyota when we buy our next Toyota (we have owned four now) and will recommend you highly to friends and acquaintances. This dealership is very impressive - clean, great looking building, and very nice vibe from the staff. Yesterday I went from one extreme to another, from a dealership who appeared to have no intrest in engaging a customer to a dealership that treated me like they actually WANTED my business. I am a cons dealership who appeared to have no intrest in engaging a customer to a dealership that treated me like they actually WANTED my business. I am a consumer who likes to believe I am getting good value for any purchase I make Large or small. A Car is no small investment, I tend to keep them a long time. My previous care I owned for 9.5 years. I like to get what I pay for and with the current incentives even in these unsure economic times I was willing to spend the money for a major purchase. The staff all the way from the receptionist who answered my phone call for directions to the floor assistant who prepped my new ride were engaged with me as a person, looked me in the eye's and gave me their full attention. Man what a difference, the first dealership I visited that day let me wonder around their lot in the overcast, cool, damp day without so much as a by your leave. I actually has to go looking for help, they were more interested in the food and coffee at their desk than speaking to a women about a car. Thank goodness for Ellie and all the crew at Wilsonville Toyota who got me into an totally TRICKED out car. thanks so much for the great attention and customer service, its worth the 25 mile trip to get treated as if you valued my business.
