What an exciting, enjoyable and joyful experience!! Well I came into the showroom from another state, knowing what I wanted as far as the particular Toyota model and was not changing my mind. I Took friends that have purchased and sent others to purchase at the Wilsonville dealership because I didn't want any BS. My guy Greg was delightful, knowledgeable and laughed at our funny stories. He made me feel comfortable and I felt he truly cared about putting me in the perfect vehicle and BTW it was the one I dreamed of in every way. I decided on Leasing primarily because he was able to keep my payments right where I was comfortable, the interest rate at the time was amazing compared to purchasing used. I truly believe this decision was the best for me and my lifestyle, so did my friends, so much so they are making plans to Lease a touring car by Toyota, in the very near future, with Greg of course. Lack of Communication We were approved for a lease, drove it home, then several weeks later got an email from the dealer that there is an issue with my previous lease. Toyo We were approved for a lease, drove it home, then several weeks later got an email from the dealer that there is an issue with my previous lease. Toyota Wilsonville said they didn't know what the issue was, and I didn't know there was an issue. Toyota Finance told Toyota Wilsonville they are not allowed to share information about my lease. I then expended several hours of my life, when I should have been working, contacting Toyota Finance and dealing with this, only to confirm there was no issue with my previous lease. After I provided a letter from Toyota Finance to Toyota Wilsonville confirming there was issue, Toyota said they could "proceed with the lease." Toyota Wilsonville did a good job protecting my interest, but Toyota Finance should find a better way to communicate with their dealers so problems such can be resolved before a car leaves the showroom.
