Awesome experience. I went to several car dealerships looking for a Tundra. At the end of a long day of car shopping I stopped in to Wilsonville Toyota close to closing t I went to several car dealerships looking for a Tundra. At the end of a long day of car shopping I stopped in to Wilsonville Toyota close to closing time just to show a family member the truck I was interested in. I walked inside and was introduced to Stephen Krepps who was more then willing to show me a Tundra which was on the other end of the lot. Stephen was very nolagable and talked to me like a regular person instead of a potential sale. I informed Stephen they did not have the exact Tundra I was looking for in stock. Stephen informed me they would be able to get the truck I was looking for and have it brought to the lot same day. The next day I was able to sell my vehicle and realized I no longer had transportation. I called Wilsonville Toyota and asked to speak with Stephen because I really enjoyed working with him. I was informed Stephen was out of town for a couple days and was transferred to a manager. I informed the manager I was looking for a specific truck and was informed the truck could be brought to the lot. The manager said since I did not have transportation they could bring the paperwork to me and even have the truck delivered which I thought was amazing. Since Stephen was not working the manager set me up with Issac who helped me with the rest of the process. I informed Isaac I would come in the next morning to do the paperwork and would need the truck the same day since I didn't have transportation. I came in at 11am the next day and signed the paperwork right away. It was so nice not having to fight over the price of the vehicle or deal with shady car sales tactics of dealing with multiple people. I think I forgot to mention the final price was several hundred dollars cheaper than any other car lot I went to. As soon as I finished the paperwork I was told someone was going to drive to pickup my truck. This unfortunaty took much longer than the expected since they didn't leave till rush hour traffic time. As soon as the truck was close to the lot I received a phone call with an update. I arrived back at Wilsonville Toyota where they washed, cleaned and even filled my 36 gallon gas tank before handing the truck over to me. Issac was very helpful and stayed past closing time to make sure everything with the truck was as expected. I left the dealership very pleased with the process and would recommend Wilsonville Toyota to everyone. More

Easy as Pie Greg made our new car experience so easy. The whole thing was stress free and they are very open about the process and what you'll qualify for. They don't try get you itonsomething you don't want or you won't qualify for. What an exciting, enjoyable and joyful experience!! Well I came into the showroom from another state, knowing what I wanted as far as the particular Toyota model and was not changing my mind. I Took friends that have purchased and sent others to purchase at the Wilsonville dealership because I didn't want any BS. My guy Greg was delightful, knowledgeable and laughed at our funny stories. He made me feel comfortable and I felt he truly cared about putting me in the perfect vehicle and BTW it was the one I dreamed of in every way. I decided on Leasing primarily because he was able to keep my payments right where I was comfortable, the interest rate at the time was amazing compared to purchasing used. I truly believe this decision was the best for me and my lifestyle, so did my friends, so much so they are making plans to Lease a touring car by Toyota, in the very near future, with Greg of course. Lack of Communication We were approved for a lease, drove it home, then several weeks later got an email from the dealer that there is an issue with my previous lease. Toyo We were approved for a lease, drove it home, then several weeks later got an email from the dealer that there is an issue with my previous lease. Toyota Wilsonville said they didn't know what the issue was, and I didn't know there was an issue. Toyota Finance told Toyota Wilsonville they are not allowed to share information about my lease. I then expended several hours of my life, when I should have been working, contacting Toyota Finance and dealing with this, only to confirm there was no issue with my previous lease. After I provided a letter from Toyota Finance to Toyota Wilsonville confirming there was issue, Toyota said they could "proceed with the lease." Toyota Wilsonville did a good job protecting my interest, but Toyota Finance should find a better way to communicate with their dealers so problems such can be resolved before a car leaves the showroom.
