When not working, we spend time with our 3 kids enjoying the Pacific Northwest. We love sports and try to go to as many sporting events as possible. Some Portland area food spots on my favorites list are Ox, Mediterranean Exploration, and Pambiche. Also, Piazza Italia, a true Italian experience, is at the top of my list. Ultimate Best Experience Ever! Jay greeted us at the dealership and we were amazed instantly how comfortable we felt. We entered the dealership looking for a car for our business. Jay greeted us at the dealership and we were amazed instantly how comfortable we felt. We entered the dealership looking for a car for our business. Jay was a pleasure to work with. Most dealerships make you feel like you have to buy and get very nervous when you want to leave! Not this one! They gave us all of the factors in our decision making process and completely understood our need to go home and make a decision that was best for us! What? Unheard of! We returned the next day with confidence that we were buying the right car and from the right dealership! Because of our business We are very detail driven and typically sales associates start to feel like we are high maintenance with our need to iron out every detail imaginable! Jay walked us through each moment gracefully and with patience. Wilsonville Toyota and Jay get a standing applause from Nicholas Carpet Care! As a business owner we can appreciate placing clients needs first! Not a single regret with our purchase of a brand new car! We will be back again and again! More

Wonderful assistance with my new Toyota Prius C Allie kindly and happily helped me change the clock on my brand new Prius (which was not at all obvious) and some other issues. She of course knew th Allie kindly and happily helped me change the clock on my brand new Prius (which was not at all obvious) and some other issues. She of course knew that she would have no "compensation", but she enthusiastically and happily helped me with changing my clock (whew - not obvious). She also helped me with the car's cruise control, again expecting nothing in return. Jay (I purchased the car from him) came by and gave me a hug. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. There is absolutely no pressure. The choices are excellent. And...I just filled my Prius C Hybrid tank (it was showing about 3/8 full) and it cost (this is absolutely true...) $14.93. I am not kidding. You could have scraped me off the pavement at the gas station when I saw that bill. Holy smokes! Best wishes to you all at Wilsonville Toyota. Feel free to use anything I have written in any way you like. Sincerely, Libbi Albright More

What?? A Car Dealership with integrity! Nooo...seriously?? I recently purchased an automobile from Wilsonville Toyota (Oct. 29, 2015). After all papers were signed and the deal "was completed " I hopped in the newest member of our family and drove it merrily merrily merrily all the way home. An hour or so later I was sitting in my home office and I still had the Wilsonville Toyota website up on my screen from earlier that morning. It was from that same website where I first saw the vehicle that convinced me to get up and pay a visit the dealership to view and subsequently purchase. I was just kind of curious while sitting there as to how fast the responsible personnel removes a car from the website after a purchase. My mind just works and thinks "off the wall thoughts" like that...and a good thing it does in this case. I refreshed the screen and used the drop down function to try and locate my recent purchase. It was still there all right...but at a $1000. lower price than what I had just paid and signed for. I was a bit taken back to say the least, but I knew Wilsonville Toyota has a pretty fair little 5-day no questions asked return policy so I immediately called my salesman (Greg McMillin) and told him of my discovery. Greg seemed as stunned (if not more) than I was. He said he had personally checked the price in the computer right before we did the paperwork and said it showed what I had originally paid. While on the phone with me he said "let me go on the computer and see what it's showing". A few moments later Greg said "You're right, it is $1000. lower!", I need to see what's going on, can I call you right back? I said sure, not knowing what kind of excuse or defense he may have when he calls back. It was all but about 4 minutes before the phone rang and it was Greg again. The first thing he said was "Ed, it's your lucky day..we owe you a thousand bucks. I said "Wow, that"s terrific!" Apparently, to my good fortune, sometime during the middle of our commerce some (my, new best friend) had lowered the price. In the words of the immortal Dr. Emmett Brown (Doc Brown)..."Great Scott!" There was no malcontent or feelings of resent on the part of Greg nor Wilsonville Toyota but rather it seemed the exact opposite, more of a joy or happiness for me. Greg said, "Our most important goal is for the satisfaction and well-being (or words to that effect) of our customers. We hear these same type of slogans and pitches all the time on evening commercials during Jeopardy and such, mostly to the point of numbness from the saturation of mechanical cliched' advertising bombardment night after night after night...."Our most important goal is for the satisfaction and well-being of our customers"....blah, ba-blah, ba-blah....Well, I have told my little story to several of my friends and cohorts the past few days and everyone was as amazed as I was. We have all laughed over the years at the good stereotypical jokes of "Used Car Salesmen, Lawyers, Politicians, and the like" but unlike the proverbial "Old dog" I HAVE indeed learned that sometimes, just sometimes, peeling through all the proclamation, ballyhoo, and promulgation propaganda of the "cram it deep down your throat till you bleed" sales hype, there really may be a few that take their customers well-being into actual account. Still with me...if so...I have determined, my literate friends, to do my small part to make sure companies like Wilsonville Toyota through my continued patronage and, through referrals, recommendations, and general word of mouth, an effort to help reward their Honesty, Integrity, and overall Standards of Fair Play. All the while hoping that other companies, big and small, may notice and observe the prosperity and accomplishments of enterprises like Wilsonville Toyota and in turn maybe, just maybe become the norm and not the exception. Thanks for reading my story. Sincerely, Ed Weiss More

At the end of a long day of car shopping I stopped in to Wilsonville Toyota close to closing time just to show a family member the truck I was interested in. I walked inside and was introduced to Stephen Krepps who was more then willing to show me a Tundra which was on the other end of the lot. Stephen was very nolagable and talked to me like a regular person instead of a potential sale. I informed Stephen they did not have the exact Tundra I was looking for in stock. Stephen informed me they would be able to get the truck I was looking for and have it brought to the lot same day. The next day I was able to sell my vehicle and realized I no longer had transportation. I called Wilsonville Toyota and asked to speak with Stephen because I really enjoyed working with him. I was informed Stephen was out of town for a couple days and was transferred to a manager. I informed the manager I was looking for a specific truck and was informed the truck could be brought to the lot. The manager said since I did not have transportation they could bring the paperwork to me and even have the truck delivered which I thought was amazing. Since Stephen was not working the manager set me up with Issac who helped me with the rest of the process. I informed Isaac I would come in the next morning to do the paperwork and would need the truck the same day since I didn't have transportation. I came in at 11am the next day and signed the paperwork right away. It was so nice not having to fight over the price of the vehicle or deal with shady car sales tactics of dealing with multiple people. I think I forgot to mention the final price was several hundred dollars cheaper than any other car lot I went to. As soon as I finished the paperwork I was told someone was going to drive to pickup my truck. This unfortunaty took much longer than the expected since they didn't leave till rush hour traffic time. As soon as the truck was close to the lot I received a phone call with an update. I arrived back at Wilsonville Toyota where they washed, cleaned and even filled my 36 gallon gas tank before handing the truck over to me. Issac was very helpful and stayed past closing time to make sure everything with the truck was as expected. I left the dealership very pleased with the process and would recommend Wilsonville Toyota to everyone. More
