Auto was picked up and delivered back to me in a timely manner. Seat belt works great. Driver was polite and professional. This last experience made up for the past experiences. They really took care of me. I put the wrong gas n my truck and they treated my vehicle like it was their own. It was a long wait, but worth it as th They really took care of me. I put the wrong gas n my truck and they treated my vehicle like it was their own. It was a long wait, but worth it as they were able to drain the flex fuel gas from my truck and it is driving better than ever. Not only that, Ellianna went even further and explained to me that I had points on my account which I knew nothing about. These points were credit to my bill and did not have to pay a dime. That was the icing on the cake. Never have I had this experience before. I made a mistake on my truck and did not have to pay to correct the mistake. I'm grateful for my last trip there. Heiser Ford on Port Washington is well with me! More

I waited for over an hour and a half. I asked why the price increased. They said it was because they didn’t have an active $20 coupon. Went on your site and found a $20 coupon.
