I bring all four of my cars here for oil changes even though three are not Hyundai models. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, and I am not one to complain. I live in Fairbanks and 4 four weeks I tried to make an appointment to get my car fixed. I literally had to deal with, and I am not one to complain. I live in Fairbanks and 4 four weeks I tried to make an appointment to get my car fixed. I literally had to drive to Anchorage from Fairbanks to get an appointment to get my car fixed. On your automated services there was always a promise to call back, but you never did. I would begin calling the service department the minute it opened up and no one would answer the phone. As I waited at the counter I watched employees texting on their phones while the service phone was ringing. This is NOT a way to treat customers. It was not this way in the past. I have purchased my last three vehicles from this dealership, but never again if this lack of service continues. When I did get my vehicle in, I did not receive any notification what its status was and again had to respond to the dealership to get an update. I was told the part would take 3-5 days to get it, and when it did get in, they would call me and set up an appointment, but 8 days later I had not received any information so had to call the dealership. Fortunately, I now have a phone number where I can get a manager who will respond if I have any issues. More
