Almost excellent! Good service ...efficient..through and great communication with service agent . Once I got to the dealership, Edson explained what would be happening to my car and how long it should take. Once the service was completed, he told me exactly what was fixed. My car was returned in a timely manner, and was washed. Edson is great and I have always had the best service experience with him. More

quality, service people are great here I went in to get 25000 mile servicing and also to turn my lease into a purchase. Both functions were accommodated as quickly as paperwork allows and t I went in to get 25000 mile servicing and also to turn my lease into a purchase. The remolded facility is clean and modern. When an appointment is scheduled, the wait can sometimes be pretty long, however, the work in most instances is done same day. I purchased my car and have always brought it here for service and repair. I highly recommend SB Infinity to anyone looking for a good dealership/ service center.. More
