My car's first service came at 9 am and left at 12:30 pm (3.5 hours). The process took way too long and is not something I expect from a regular oil change when I show up on time. location is great. customer service is great. My issue is I waited 3 hours for a 10K maintenance appointment. You guys should have one person just knock these out. customer service is great. He tops off all my liquids as well and has me our in 15 mins. More

Dealership is aggressive in sales promises but have serious memory issues when it comes to fulfillment.
