As a salesperson myself, I deeply appreciate Edgar’s thoroughness, especially at delivery. He explained all the details about the service, reminded me of my tire air pressure, and ensured the service sticker was updated for my next visit. Even though he knows I’ve been a loyal customer to the dealer for every service, Edgar takes the time to cover all the basics, leaving no stone unturned. I specifically chose Edgar as my service writer after two prior visits where he went above and beyond to help me with issues—despite not being my assigned writer and with no immediate benefit to him.
