I had to wait almost three hours for my vehicle and once I was told the vehicle was ready I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my car which I only got within the 15 minutes due to me inquiring on t I was told the vehicle was ready I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my car which I only got within the 15 minutes due to me inquiring on the additional wait. I was told after waiting 15 minutes that my car was heading to be washed which I refused. Very very bad experience. I'm not sure sure if having a new advisor contributed to this change but it was bad. More

I was disappointed by the way the service department found almost all the items where normal I have other Lexus and i also purchased a GS 350 from your dealership I always service with you I was given found almost all the items where normal I have other Lexus and i also purchased a GS 350 from your dealership I always service with you I was given an RX 350 as loaner and I never had the wind noise I have with my car at times It also has a water leak usually on the expressway at higher speeds not around town. I don’t feel that this could be normal If you like to try to correct this I can appreciate a return call.
