Austin was great and made the experience easy. We came for one new vehicle and ended up getting 2. We would definitely use him again. We came for one new vehicle and ended up getting 2. We would definitely use him again. More

Process with Pat and Dylan went smoothly even when I stuck to my guns with regards to the ammount due. They simply understand that ultimately a client is the one holding controls and does not want to be stuck to my guns with regards to the ammount due. They simply understand that ultimately a client is the one holding controls and does not want to be hold hostage for hours at a dealership. Explanation how it all works on the 2026 Sportage was exellant. So was the text message after a few days, if everything was ok with my ride. It’s all about trust, respect and mutual understanding enabling a sustainable business relation. This dealership is topnotch in comparison with others in the area who keep you bombarding witb all kinds of messages and trying to get you in a car you do ‘t want. All in all, highly recommendable. I trust this will also be the case if I would have a warranty issue. Good work dond by the Gay team! More

Patrick Branyan in sales and Dylan Ebbs in finance did a superb job. Both went the extra mile to make sure we had a positive experience from the beginning of looking for a new car to signing the papers for superb job. Both went the extra mile to make sure we had a positive experience from the beginning of looking for a new car to signing the papers for purchase. We never felt pressured to make any hasty decisions. Patrick listened to what we wanted in a car and showed us different options. Dylan explained all the options during the financial part and gave us pros and cons of different situations but let us make the decisions without any pressure. I highly recommend both of these gentlemen if you are looking for a Kia. More
