Thought I had an appointment scheduled through website virtual chat, only to find they didn't a record of it when I got there. Van was finished late in the day the next day, but an emergency came up that day and it would have been much better if we'd have had our van back. More

Very nice and efficient service team! Dwayne was understanding of me trying to explain what was wrong with my truck and got me their master tech to go on a test drive. So glad I picked the location closer to my home even though I didn’t buy the truck there, they were really accommodating.
