I am extremely disappointed with the service we have received from Ourisman regarding our Jeep Grand Wagoneer. We brought our Wagoneer in on August 23 for a rattling noise. During that visit, an oil received from Ourisman regarding our Jeep Grand Wagoneer. We brought our Wagoneer in on August 23 for a rattling noise. During that visit, an oil change we DID NOT request or authorize was added to our service, and we were charged approximately $200, even though the vehicle had just received an oil change in July. We were told we would need to return another day for the rattling to be diagnosed. The very next day, August 24, the engine overheated and had to be TOWED back to Ourisman. We were initially told the repair would take 1–3 days. It has now been over a week. We have called almost daily and repeatedly struggled to get updates or reach anyone in the service department. We were told the necessary part arrived Friday morning, August 29, and that the vehicle would be ready August 31. We have now been told September 1. Neither Ourisman nor Jeep/Wagoneer has provided us with a loaner or rental vehicle. We are a disabled veteran couple raising three children, including children with special needs, who just started school. Being left with one vehicle for our household has created a significant hardship for school, appointments, activities, and daily responsibilities. The lack of communication, changing timelines, inability to reach management, unauthorized charge, and lack of transportation assistance are unacceptable. A Grand Wagoneer is marketed as a premium vehicle with a premium ownership experience. This has been anything but premium. We are asking Ourisman and Jeep/Wagoneer to immediately provide a rental or loaner until our vehicle is ready, address the unauthorized oil change charge, and have a manager contact us directly. We should not have to continuously chase the dealership for basic communication and assistance while our vehicle remains in their possession. More

Never have been good. Left my car there for a tailgate recall about 2 months ago for 2 days. They said it would only take a day. Went to have warranty work done on the front end and they stripped the bolts. Had to go back again. Took them 5 weeks to get the parts. Bad customer service........ More

I had a problem with this dealership in the past, but then I made a complaint and honestly never had an issue again. I can tell management corrected the issue. Fantastic service as usual. We had an oil change performed. We were pleasantly surprised with the tire rotation and washing of vehicle. We wash our wrangler but after service it was sparkling!! They always do a nice job with our Jeep. The service desk is always friendly and helpful. I only have one little criticism & it would be nice if I didn’t have to remember to request a car wash, that it could is always friendly and helpful.
