Greg is great. His help from the lot to my trade in value, to finance was excellent. He and Jason in fiancé stayed late to get the deal done. The alternator happened to go out less than 24 hours later. value, to finance was excellent. He and Jason in fiancé stayed late to get the deal done. The alternator happened to go out less than 24 hours later. They stood by the van payed for the tow and repairs. Gave us a loaner while we waited for the tapirs as well. Duke in service is great too. All in all a great experience, I look forward to dealing with Greg for more cars for this family of six with four drivers and another one next year! More

My last three vehicles have been purchased with Richard and his team at Dean. Jim Happe did a great job at negotiating a fair low pressure sale. Sam Goevert and the finance manager made the entire new car buying process painless and pleasant. Sam was able to answer all my questions about the new Subaru and its many safety features. I liked the fact that I was able to test drive the car without a salesman with me. Duke, in the service department, was knowledgeable and explained how the accessories I had added to the car worked and demonstrated each item worked. Great customer service all around. More

Fantastic buying experience! Greg Gallegos sent me a video of the car before I made the trip there and was waiting for me when I pulled in several hours later! He went above and beyond to get me the bes video of the car before I made the trip there and was waiting for me when I pulled in several hours later! He went above and beyond to get me the best price and trade in value for my car. I was pleasantly surprised at how patient and kind he was, something that I don't see much of these days. Jason in Finance was super efficient, I was in and out within 15 minutes. After Greg checked in with me the next day, I told him I was nervous about a sound that I heard and he got my car into the service center within the next few days. The Service Department was professional and Duke handled everything with great care. I will forever remember the graciousness of Greg and recommend Dean Team pre-owned sales to all! More
