The whole atmosphere in this dealership was warm and peaceful. Walter was extremely patient and we had some very specific needs in a vehicle to accommodate some health issues. Overall this was the least peaceful. Walter was extremely patient and we had some very specific needs in a vehicle to accommodate some health issues. Dean Team employees and service department have been consistently patient, professional, and kind to me. They have answered all of my many many questions. I will have all of my servicing on my new Fores consistently patient, professional, and kind to me. They have answered all of my many many questions. I will have all of my servicing on my new Forester done at Dean Team and would not even consider going anywhere else. Great experience purchasing my new Outback! John, my salesman, was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable & answered all my questions. I changed my mind midstream, planned to get another Forester John, my salesman, was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable & answered all my questions. I changed my mind midstream, planned to get another Forester but decided on the Outback. John was very patient with me; offered several different used & new options. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all. Same with Jason in the finance department, the credit process was quick and painless. Would absolutely recommend Dean Team in Ballwin! I also used their service department for all my previous needs - only maintenance required in 5 years - and Duke, Annie & Jeff are excellent as well! Everyone you come into contact with is pleasant, personable and helpful. More

My experience of buying a new vehicle and trading in my current vehicle went very smoothly at Dean Team Subaru. The dealership is very focused on customer satisfaction and business driven to reach a good a current vehicle went very smoothly at Dean Team Subaru. The dealership is very focused on customer satisfaction and business driven to reach a good acceptable and reasonable deal with their customer. By providing some good market research on my end on both new and used prices the deal was completed in a short period of time with little need for the long back and forth negotiations. This is my fourth Subaru purchased from Dean Team which should tell you something about the dealership customer focused environment. The bonus is the Dean Team service department is also just as customer focused as I have used them to service my vehicles in the past. Thanks to team sales Luci Whanger and Shawn Nethercott for making sure I was a satisfied customer. More
