And their ring leader Duane Massa have All FAILED. My credit was RUINED, my car was out for REPOSSESSION. All they had to do was RETURN my calls for HELP. They know who I am. I will bring them all down. 8 weeks & counting Trying to handle this mess ALL by myself! We are a diehard Subaru Family. Absolutely devastating treatment from this dealership. We will NEVER refer anyone here EVER. Joe and Adrian (the best Mechanic) are the only reason to visit. They are exemplary Associates. Not like the other losers named above. They ALL Need to be reprimanded immediately for not communicating with a CLOSED deal. I am still a returning loyal customer whether opened or closed. More

Rather than personally reach out to General Manager Duane Massa, to inquire if he would honor the quoted sales price listed on the Internet, he turned us away despite traveling an hour and a half to Pembroke Pines. Thanks to Julio for going above and beyond and making that call himself. The sale moved forward without additional fees added to compensate for honoring the reduced sale price listed on the Internet. Thanks to Julio, Juan Carlos, and Audwin Lovinsjy, also from the Sale Management Team, for staying late to finalize the sale, despite the internet fails!
