Great purchasing experience and quick response for an out of state vehicle purchase. Paperless process was convenient. Although the initial purchase was smooth. The aftersale treatment was poor. They owed me $500 for mirror covers and it took weeks to receive. My temp tags expired today. Dealership promised they would overnight a replacement temp tag on Tuesday, it is now Sunday and received nothing. Now no response from anyone. In addition, after driving home from the dealership, both front axles need to be replaced but they claim the vehicle was fully serviced with no mechanical issues. Lastly, now the air conditioning stopped working. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. More

After a failed attempt to resolve a financial dispute of $1,398, I have been forced to officially file a lawsuit against Subaru of Pembroke Pines (Brittmotors, LLC) in Broward County Small Claims Court. It is extremely disappointing that leadership, specifically Alain de Rougemont (General Manager) and Jaime Gaitan (Director of Finance), have allowed a $1,300 issue to escalate into legal litigation. I have provided ample opportunity for them to do the right thing, yet they have chosen to remain silent. To any potential buyers: be very careful with your money here. If something goes wrong, management would rather see you in court than provide basic customer service. I will be updating this review with the official court judgment for all to see. I felt very blessed and honored to have dealt with Mr. Carbonell, he truly is an asset to Subaru of Pembroke Pines. Just went for a service at the dealership, and while waiting on my car, and no plans to purchase, by just talking to Juan, two hours later I walked out with my new 2025 Subaru Forester!
