We had Mike yesterday and he was amazing. Mike wasn’t my sales rep. although went above & beyond to help me! My Kia engine blew up. I had to come to dealership to get an answer after 1 week no one calling me. Mike cal although went above & beyond to help me! My Kia engine blew up. I had to come to dealership to get an answer after 1 week no one calling me. Mike called me more than Tanner & mechanic. Suppose to be free engine. Then they said it needed $4400. Repairs kept saying my car is 10 years old 65k miles. I kept up with oil changes etc. I’ve had other cars that were 100k still ran. Said it was too RUSTED since I live on island. That was bull. I took pictures of my car. Didn’t look like a new engine. Look like dirt was thrown on it. I had to pay 50$ restocking fee. 640$ wrecker fee. Mind you I broke down in Winnie at night. How was I suppose to get my car to y’all. I’m very disappointed in the length my car was kept. I’ve kept every text & call. Poor service. Except Mike He helped me more than he should. Had me a sticker made of my deceased son that was on my car. It was irreplaceable. Mike made it happen. I hope you praise this man. Y’all are luck yo have him. If you want to contact me you’re welcome. I wouldn’t send anyone to your dealership. My mom has purchased 3 cars from Gay Family.
