Mike Dotson and Austin were amazing to work with! HIGHLY recommend! They were both incredibly personable, genuine, and patient as we took our time navigating between which SUV we wanted. We came back HIGHLY recommend! They were both incredibly personable, genuine, and patient as we took our time navigating between which SUV we wanted. We came back multiple times and they never seemed bothered and were always joyful to serve and help. Neither were pushy and both listened to our family's lifestyle/vehicle desires and helped us with options that fit those needs. Both had fantastic communication skills and remembered minor details not just about our car interest, but us as people. They even included and interacted with our children inquiring their input and made them feel a part of the experience. They were fair, honest and worked with us on our budget.
